My story
Before TAG, I spent 10+ years in healthcare operations across Connecticut, running nine locations and building the business to over $40 million a year. I was in charge of operations, marketing strategy, and growth. Three of those locations were full turnarounds.
One went from losing $195,000 a year to making $1.8 million in twelve months. Same building, same staff. We got leaner on operations, but the real swing came from fixing how we brought customers in and kept them. I ran the marketing strategy, oversaw the team that built the relationships behind it, and drove the web and growth side too.
So I'm not an SEO guy selling you keywords. I'm an operator who's sat in your seat: I've run the business, owned the marketing, and grown the revenue. I built TAG to bring that same systems thinking to local home-services businesses.
For a local business, growth starts in one place: ranking on the Google map, where the calls are. That's the whole of what TAG does. I install the foundation that brings in steady new business, so your cost to get a customer goes down and your margins go up.
